Shipping Policy
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of payments to be authorized and verified

Order processing time could be delayed if an order is unable to be processed due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been shipped, an email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you. Once your package is scanned by the USPS carrier your package will be able to be tracked from the time it was scanned until the day it shows delivered.

After your order has been fully processed You may track your order using the tracking number provided by USPS confirmation email

PLEASE NOTE: the Divine Silhouette, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package is lost or stolen, please contact the USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) using the tracking number that is provided upon shipping confirmation of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain safety and Hygiene security, the DIVINE silhouette is subject to limit returns on purchases for sanitation purposes and regulations.

returns are only accepted if:

merchandise received by customer is incorrect from which they ordered (provide proof)

merchandise received by customer is damaged (must provide proof of damage prior to customer receiving Merchandise)

customer must notify company by message or email within 3 days of receiving package and be approved before returning merchandise

customer must provide clear image of merchandise in its totality (front and back) prior to returning merchandise

if any of the above is not abided as part of the divine silhouette's return Policy, customer is not subject to item refund.

if merchandise is returned to company non-identical to description nor image provided by customer, customer is not subject to item refund (full refunds exclude tax)
